Mark Swan, co-founder and CEO of Nevis, shares his journey to founding the company. From a teenager in Aberdeen who wanted to be a politician, to solving tough problems for Revolut’s consumer business, and now building the AI platform helping wealth management firms serve more clients with the same team, Mark reflects on the stack-ranking exercise that led him to a $50 trillion industry, his decision to tackle the hard things first, and how he convinced his own bosses to leave Revolut and build Nevis with him.
